Back-to-School Support
Starting the school year well-equipped is already a step toward success.
Every back-to-school season brings excitement… but also expenses. For many families, school-related costs can be a source of stress: school supplies, learning materials, daycare fees, transportation, uniforms, and more.
That’s why the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul of Montréal provides essential support to families facing financial challenges. Our Back-to-School Financial Aid Program helps ease this burden, allowing children to start the school year with everything they need — with dignity, fairness, and confidence.
Because every child deserves to start the year on equal footing, ready to learn and thrive.
What Kind of Support is Offered?
If your child is enrolled in one of the school boards on Île-de-Montréal (except CSS Marguerite Bourgeoys), Laval, or the L’Assomption RCM, they may be eligible for $50 in financial aid, provided in the form of a voucher. This support is available to students aged 5 to 21. For students enrolled in CEGEP, a registration request will be required.
