⚠️ Item condition
All items are sold as is, without warranty. They come from donations received by the SSVP. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
⏱️ Pick-up deadline
You have one month after the auction end date to collect your lot. After this period, items will be returned to our store for resale.

How do I participate in our auctions?

How does the online auction work?
Our auctions are held entirely online on the Signature Pro platform. To participate, simply create a free account and start bidding on the items that catch your eye. When the bidding period ends, payment is handled directly through the platform — quick and easy!
How do I collect the lots I've won?
Winning lots must be picked up in person, Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Chez Vincent store, located at 1930 Champlain St. in Montreal, H2L 2S8. If you'd like a different pick-up time, please contact us to schedule an appointment. Items cannot be picked up outside of designated pick-up days without a prior appointment.
How long do I have to pick up my lots?
You have one month after the auction end date to collect your lot. After this period, items will be returned to our store for resale.
Can I have my winning lots delivered?
Delivery is available for an additional fee. Delivery arrangements are the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us to discuss the details before finalizing your bid.
Are refunds accepted?
